Cryptography : Mono Alphabetic Cipher

In my last blog about Cryptography, I demonstrated Caesar Cipher. In this blog, I have described about Mono Alphabetic Cipher (a substitution based cryptographic algorithm). It is an algorithm where each character in the plain text is substituted with another character in the cipher text. There is no mathematical relation between these two. They are replaced according to a substitution table. Whenever a specific character is encountered in the plain text, it will always be replaced with the corresponding character in the cipher text that is defined in the table. It is another easy encryption algorithm. Stay tuned for more and keep coding.
